Need a hand? Here’s how to get help with Swoonia.

Contact us

The fastest way to reach us is email: support@swoonia.com. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Please include the email address on your account and a short description of the issue — screenshots help.

Account & sign-in

  • Trouble signing in? Use “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google” with the same account you signed up with, or reset your password from the login screen.
  • Need to change the email on your account? Email us and we’ll help.

Billing & subscriptions

  • Premium and coin purchases are billed through your app store or payment provider.
  • To manage or cancel a subscription, open your device’s subscription settings.
  • For refunds or billing questions, contact support@swoonia.com.

Safety & reporting

  • Tap the menu on any profile or chat to block or report someone.
  • We review every report and act on anything that breaks our Community Guidelines.
  • If you’re in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Your privacy & data

  • Download a copy of your data anytime from Settings.
  • Delete your account permanently from Settings → “Delete my account.” This erases your profile, photos, matches, and messages.
